**Job Description:**

- Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Facilitate rehabilitation activities designed to build confidence and skills for daily living.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
- Conduct patient assessments and evaluations.
- Maintain accurate and current medical records.
- Ensure compliance with professional and federal regulations.
- Complete Covid testing 72 hours prior to start date with results available 48 hours before start.
- Participate in credentialing processes as required, including background checks and reference verifications.
