**Job Description:**
- Treat 6-8 patients per day based on overall department caseload.
- Work in a team including 3 Physical Therapists, 1 PTA, 1 COTA, and 1 Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Handle patients with post-surgical, orthopedic, neurological, and complex medical conditions.
- Cover Outpatient, Inpatient-Swing Bed, Assisted Living, and Long-Term Care/Skilled settings.
- Primarily work in LTC/Skilled Nursing, with occasional duties in Outpatient settings.
- May be required to float between the hospital and two nursing homes.
- Drive time compensation provided when traveling to a location approx 25 miles away.
- Reporting to the PT Manager/Supervisor: Bob Fugate, PT, DPT, DOR.
- Supported by rehab aides including 1 PTA and 1 COTA.
- Scheduling coordinated by the Director of Rehab and Office Assistant; no self-scheduling.
- 5 days of 8-hour shifts with flexible start times between 0700-0900.
- Occasional weekend requirements (rare) and no holiday requirements.
- Scrub color/dress code is flexible with any color scrubs or business casual attire.
- Department-specific orientation provided for one week followed by a full patient load by the second week.
- Expected productivity is 75%.

- Familiarity with the EPIC charting system is beneficial.
