**Certifications:** BLS (American Heart Association) required
**Must-Have:**
- Experience with patient care

- Knowledge of energy conservation techniques
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR)
- Effective communication and time management skills
**Job Description:**
- Evaluate patients by completing initial assessments for musculoskeletal, neurological, and neuromuscular conditions.
- Utilize diagnostic and prognostic tests, including standardized tests, to track patient outcomes and determine disability level.
- Develop and implement treatment plans with specific goals, reassessing and modifying as necessary based on the patient's progress.
- Employ various therapeutic interventions such as ADL training, home safety assessments, neuromuscular and sensory reeducation, and functional mobility techniques.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to establish measurable and attainable treatment goals, including discharge planning.
- Adapt to various assignments and schedules, including floating to different locations if required.
- Consult with rehabilitation team members to select appropriate activities and programs based on the patient's needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, staff, physicians, and other stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality.
- Manage and prioritize workload to meet productivity requirements.
- Document all patient care activities, ensuring compliance with standards of practice and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in personal, professional, and program development through department meetings and in-services.
- Assist in training students and new staff, serving as a resource for colleagues.
