**Job Description:**

- Provide occupational therapy services in a rehabilitation setting.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Utilize EMR systems, Wellsky and Nethealth, for maintaining patient records.
- Adhere to facility standards and dress code (Navy Blue scrubs).
- Adapt to varying patient needs and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Maintain a professional and supportive relationship with patients and their families.
- Attend and contribute to departmental meetings and training as required.
