Job Description:
- Perform therapy interventions and treatments for patients in need of occupational therapy.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and therapy notes accurately and timely.
- Ensure compliance with professional, regulatory, and governmental standards and guidelines.
- Engage in continuous professional development and training.
- Deliver effective and compassionate care to a diverse patient population.
- Prioritize patient safety and confidentiality in all interactions.
- Utilize creative and adaptive techniques to support patient rehabilitation.
