Job Description:
- Provide occupational therapy services in an acute rehab setting.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop treatment plans.
- Administer occupational therapy to patients in med-surg and transitional care units as required.
- Document patient progress and maintain records using EPIC EMR.
- Attend team meetings to discuss patient care and progress.
- Adapt to a flexible work schedule with a potential willingness to work weekends.
- Adhere to the facility's dress code, wearing any color of scrubs.
