Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Job Specialty: Acute Care Rehabilitation

Job Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: Day, 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30) or Day, 4x9-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)

Guaranteed Hours: 36-40 hours per week

Experience: Acute care experience required

License: Oregon CNA license must be in hand at the time of submission

Certifications: All relevant certifications listed in the job description

Must-Have: Epic Charting experience

Job Description:

- Provide occupational therapy services for patients in an acute rehabilitation setting.
- Work 9-hour days, typically 4-day work weeks, with flexibility to work additional days occasionally.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Help patients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working.
- Utilize Epic Charting software for documentation of patient care and progress.
- Ensure compliance with facility, state, and federal guidelines and policies.
- Potential to float to an affiliate hospital nearby as needed.
- Complete required non-billable modules pre-start and annually, with hours varying based on specialty.
