**Job Description:**

- Provide therapy as an Occupational Therapist for the intensive rehabilitation department.
- Conduct initial assessment of patients within three days of admission.
- Deliver three hours of therapy per day per patient.
- Ensure quality documentation is completed timely and accurately.
- Primary location is the Inpatient Rehabilitation department, with a capability to float to acute care therapy department as needed.
- Comply with facility's licensing and certification requirements.
- Participate in non-billable module training pre-start and annually, up to 8 hours.
- Follow all start, RTO, and schedule policies as outlined by the facility.
- Potential to float to affiliate hospitals located approximately 15 minutes away from the primary facility.
