**Job Description:**

- All Requested Time Off (RTO) should be submitted upfront.
- Willingness to work 2 out of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.
- Must hold specific amount of experience as required.
- Travel radius: Local candidates accepted within a 50-mile radius.
- Flexibility to float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals.
- Returning staff may apply as a traveler after a minimum gap of 3 months.
- Expected to float between sister facilities if required; refusal may lead to termination or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.
- If communication devices are required for assignment duties, they will be supplied or reimbursed according to the policy.
- Candidates are responsible for seeking housing options in the area.
- Completion of non-billable modules pre-start and annually, average of 16 hours required.
- Orientation consists of 40 non-billable hours.
