**Job Description:**

- Accepting first-time applicants.
- Responsibilities include covering acute care, outpatient, and some swing bed/long-term care within the hospital.
- Open to working a block schedule.
- Must adhere to a 50-mile distance rule from the facility.
- Pending licenses are accepted, provided they take 10-12 weeks to process.
- Traveler must work 2 out of the 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.
- Facility provides housing and a rental vehicle for the duration of the assignment.
- Housing units are typically 1-bedroom apartments; no pets allowed.
- Vehicle usage is restricted to a 30-mile radius from the facility; additional conditions apply.
- Prior to operating a vehicle, a valid driver's license and proof of insurance are required.
- Orientation includes 40 non-billable hours.
- Completion of modules pre-start and annually is required, with self-reported time.
- Reference checks require a minimum of two supervisory references covering one year within the last three years in a comparable specialty/setting.
