**Job Description:**
- Ensure the prescreen is filled out and attached when submitting the application
- Conduct County Criminal check for 7 years in all counties lived and worked
- Perform Federal Criminal check for 7 years or more
- Conduct Multi-State Criminal Search for 7 years or more
- Execute Nationwide Sex Offender Search for 7 years or more
- Run HHS/OIG Search
- Complete GSA Search
- Perform Social Security Number Trace
- Provide proof of 2 Step PPD, Quantiferon, or Proof of Positive PPD and Chest X-Ray
- Perform SAM Search
- Washington State Background check with fingerprints (facility run)
