**Job Title:** Occupational Therapist - Home Health

**Shift:** Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)

**Guaranteed Hours:** Facility can call off up to one shift per pay period (every two weeks)

**Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of skilled home health experience

**License:** Pending license accepted

**Certifications:** BLS

**Must-Have:**
- Own transportation
- Primary series COVID vaccination with an additional booster

**Job Description:**

- Provide occupational therapy services in Walla Walla and surrounding areas.
- Expected start date is flexible; position available for immediate start.
- Not able to accommodate shifts of 4x10 or 3x12.
- Provide care at a 1:1 ratio, potentially visiting up to 6 patients per day.
- Candidates must have reliable transportation.
- Oasis experience preferred, but not required.
- Charting system used: EPIC.
- This role does not require weekend shifts or on-call duties.
- Floating between different units is not required.
- Locals within a 50-75 mile radius are accepted and will be considered on the same terms as non-locals.
- System efficiently groups clients to minimize driving time, with occasional travel radius extending to 50+ miles.
- Completion of 40 hours orientation required.
- Annual module completion required, typically 16 hours. Over 20 hours requires pre-approval.
- Completion of modules is expected pre-start and annually thereafter.
