About The Position Specialty: Pharmacist Place of work (City/State): Bloomfield, New Mexico License/Certifications: pharmacy license in any U.S. state, BLS and ACLS/PALS Preferred Start Date and Duration: Dec 20 th 2023 - 1 year contract Shift Schedule: 8.00 am-4.30 pm Monday-Friday, No weekends & No Night shifts Pay Information: $110/hour Qualification Requirements: Minimum of twelve (12) months relevant experience within the last thirty-six (36) months Experience providing outpatient pharmacist services Pharmacist license must remain current and unrestricted throughout the contract term Certifications such as ACLS and/or PALS are preferred Responsibilities include providing outpatient pharmacist services to customers in compliance with relevant guidelines, documents, and regulations 8897931EXPPLAT About Prime Physicians, PLLC.
