About The Position Our pharmacy department is looking for a knowledgeable IV/Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Supervisor to join our team in this capacity. As a vital part of the pharmacy leadership team, you will be providing guidance to ensure that our pharmacy IV/clean rooms stay in compliance with USP 797/800 protocols and provide training to our pharmacy staff in a semi-annual basis. Although this role is primarily administrative, you will be called upon to do some staffing as well on a more limited basis.
