Shift: Days / 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40hrs per week
Length: 12 weeks
Requirements:
NC is part of the PT compact privilege states
1 Year Experience
Experience in hospital and/or nursing home setting
BLS
Other:

Floating policy: clinician will be asked to float between acute/swing, nursing home, and out-patient services as indicated
Number of Beds :

24 acute/swing beds, 40 nursing home beds, 10 skilled beds within nursing home
Patient Ratios : 1:1
Type of equipment :

typical equipment for rehab services.

Treatment provided in patients room, hallway, outdoor areas, and in rehab gym
Patient Experience requirements:

Perfer clinician with at least 3 years of experience in medical setting
