1. How long is the contract assignment? 13 weeks 2. Schedule of assignment hours? M – F, 8am – 5pm? Yes 3. Will this candidate be visiting patients in care facilities or only in patient's homes? Possibly will require some care facilities. 4. Will you want to hire the contractor at the end of the contract or is this truly a contract assignment?
