Pay Rate: $1488.06 - $1714.51

PT needed asap
M-F 8-5; one weekend rotation per month (flex day during week before and after weekend). Need Christmas Day on call coverage (ortho/CVA only) and New Year's Day coverage; but these are NOT requirements for a potential offer
Duration of assignment: 13 weeks
Acute hospital
1-2 years experience
Experience in acute preferred
Some cross coverage to Outpt possible
Avg census: 115
EMR for your facility: Meditech acute; WebPT outpt
Scrub colors / dress code: scrubs – any color
Parking Location: front of hospital
