M-F, 7-3:30, M/W/F, and 10-6:30 Tues./Thurs
Required: 2+Outpatient orthopedics experience

Education
Required Education:
-Degree in physical therapy from approved APTA school.


Required Certifications & Licensure:
-Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in OH
