Facility Setting? Outpatient
Yes, this position will require floating between Cheraw OP PT clinic and Pageland OP PT clinic
Minimum of 1 year in OP setting
EMR for your facility: Epic
Scrub colors / dress code: professional/business casual (no jeans, no leggings, no sweat pants, no tank tops or crop tops, must wear closed toe shoes) OR scrubs of teal, Caribbean, wine, white, black, grey, or pink (solid color matching top and bottom)
Parking Location: on site at OP clinic
