Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)

Pay Rate: $1757.29 - $1925.54
PT needed ASAp
Shift: Weekdays, 5x8; Mon/Wed 8a-5:45p Tues/Thurs 7:15a-5p and Friday 7:15a-12p. 1 hour lunch break Mon-Thurs
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks

• Weekend Hours: As required by facility
• Call Requirements: As required by facility
• Required Licensure: Current PT License (Meets the criteria to be eligible for licensure in state of Missouri or currently licensed in the state of Missouri.)
• Required Certifications: BCPR; CPR/BLS from AHA only
• Years of Experience: 2 years PT
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Must have general knowledge of evaluation and treatment principles for a diverse number and types of diagnoses.
• Float Requirements: None
Equipment: Traction, Basic Rehab Equipment
• EMR: EPIC
Must Have Skills/Experience: Manual Therapy Experience Required
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Outpatient / orthopedic
• Type of Patients on Unit: Ambulatory outpatient
• Personality Fit: Must be flexible working on a team.
Scrub Color: NONE - Black pants and collar solid color shirt
• Any unacceptable attire: shorts, open toed shoes.
Working Conditions, Mental and Physical Requirements: Patient care may include heavy lifting and extensive bending and standing. Physical demands are attached plus push at 40 lbs., pull 60 lbs., and grip up to 50 lbs., pinch up to 15 lbs., kneel, crouch, and crawl minimally. Equipment Used: May occasionally work with office equipment; i.e. copy machines, telephones, computer. Must demonstrate competency in equipment used for the delivery of modalities.
