Physical Therapist - Acute - (PT - Acute)

StartDate: ASAP

Pay Rate: $1975.00 - $2276.00

PT needed asap
8-4:30. There will be a minimum of (1) Saturday/month required to work during assignment. Additional day off during the week will occur to maintain 40 hour work week.
Facility Setting: CARF accredited ARU within hospital; 20 beds, but we will fill 16 beds.
May be floating to: (St. Mary's ARU, Hobart & CSRC IRF, Crown Point)

Scrub colors / dress code: Caribbean Green
Parking Location: free parking – north entrance
