ID: 51049415 Shift: 10H Days Description: Unit MANAGERS HANDLE THE INTERVIEWS****HOUSING IS VERY DIFFICULT WITH PETS - CC MUST PUT IN A SPECIAL HOUSING FINDS PRIOR TO PLACEMENT***Outpatient PT - Days - will be required to take a few inpatient weekend shifts throughout the contract. experience in outpatient setting. based in the outpatient setting but required to flex into the hospital one shift a month.Please screen OUT those that do not have any work outpatient experience (clinical internships do not apply).We are needing an outpatient skilled PT for an assignment. 95% of the assignment is outpatient so please screen out PT that do not have that solid skill. He/she will also have to do a weekend shift at the hospital (inpatient) per month during the assignment. Cancellation Policy:1 shift for 12 weeks or less. 2 shifts for 13-18 week assignments. 3 shifts for any contract exceeding 19 weeks.
