Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)

StartDate: 1/13/2025
Available Shifts: 8 D
Pay Rate: $2046.81 - $2242.78

PT - OP/IP needed asap
Position is 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient.
Plans and implements specific treatment programs
for patients according to the principles and practices of Physical Therapy.
Evaluate patients and establish a written plan of treatment with short, and long term goals.
Keep appropriate documentation records, ie: daily logs, progress notes, discharge notes, etc.
Maintain open lines of communication within department, between departments and with the physicians.
Must have current, active Montana licensure.
BLS
3 years experience
