Job Details:



Pay: $2320 per week


Travel: Physical Therapist (PT)


Duration of assignment: 3 months


Shift: M-F 8-4:30


Facility Setting? MED SURG


 Will position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? NO


Number of beds in your facility? 200


Preferred experience level? 2 years


EMR for your facility: Meditech and NetHealth


Scrub colors / dress code: Hunter Green


Parking Location: behind the hospital 



 

Requirements:



Active Unrestricted WV License


Active BLS, BCLS certification


Years of Experience REQ: 2+ year of Experience


Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
