Travel: Physical Therapist (PT)


Duration of assignment: 3 months


Shift: Day


Facility Setting? ARU


Will position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? Possibly Medsurge, TCU


Number of beds in your facility? 18


Preferred experience level? any


 What is the work schedule for this position? M-F


EMR for your facility: EPIC


 Scrub colors / dress code: any scrubs


Parking Location: parking lot



 

Requirements:



Active Unrestricted MO License


Active BLS, BCLS certification


Years of Experience REQ: 2+ year of Experience


Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
