Job Details:
Pay: $ 2480 per week
Travel: Physical Therapist (PT)
Position Open: 1
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: 8-4:30; There will be a minimum of (1) Saturday/month required to work during assignment.
Weekend Hours: Rotational
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40
Facility Setting? CARF accredited ARU within hospital; 20 beds, but we will fill 16 beds
Will position be required to float to other units? If necessary
Number of Beds: 20
EMR for your facility: EPIC
Scrub colors / dress code: Caribbean Green
Requirements:
Active Unrestricted IN License
BLS certification - required
Preferred Skillset/Experience: 1 year of experience
New grads are welcome
Must be able to provide 1 supervisory reference
