Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)

Pay Rate: $2555.26 - $2944.11

PT needed asap
8 hr Day or Typical schedule 4 10 hour days. Our non-eval appts are 45 min, I think evals are 75-90 minutes.
Every other weekend rotation
This is mostly an outpatient based position, with some inpatient swing beds and nursing home patients. It covers 2 facilities Shelby and Cut Bank about 20 minutes apart. Each hospital has about 20 beds.
At least 1 year of PT experience
BLS, Licensed PT
Prior PT experience
EMR: Meditech and WebPT
Required QualificationsPhysical Therapist, RehabExperience: 1 yearLicenses: PT(Compact Accepted)Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed)ANDPhysical Therapist, AcuteExperience: 1 yearANDPhysical Therapist, OutpatientExperience: 1 yearSSN RequiredDOB Required
