This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment.ResponsibilitiesAssess patients' physical abilities through evaluative procedures such as functional ability tests.Create treatment plans that outline the types of activities and specific goals for each patient.Perform and guide patients through exercises designed to improve their strength, flexibility, endurance, coordination, and range of motion.Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed based on individual patient responses.Educate patients and their families about what to expect during recovery and how best to cope with challenges along the way.QualificationsA valid state license to practice physical therapy in Washington State (WA).Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.Caring personality with strong communication skills.Able to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.Keen attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
