This role requires someone who is compassionate, patient-focused, and able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.Schedule: Mon-Fri (occasional weekends)Responsibilities: Create individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs and goalsConduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and functional abilitiesUtilize various therapeutic techniques, exercises, and equipment to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall physical functionMonitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomesEducate patients and their families about the rehabilitation process and how they can support recovery at homeMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting treatments provided and progress madeCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patientsStay current with advancements in physical therapy practices through continuous education and professional development.Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institutionA valid state license to practice as a Physical TherapistA minimum of 3 years of experience working as a licensed Physical TherapistAble to work independently & a part of a team.Certifications: CPR (preferred)
