Pay Information $70 to $80 per hour About The Position Job Summary: -Assesses and evaluates patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain and other medical conditions. -Based on this assessment and evaluation, develops a treatment plan, performs interventions aimed at improving and enhancing the patient's well being, and evaluates the patient's progress. -To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. -The requirements list must be representative of the knowledge, skills, minimum education, training, licensure, experience, and/or ability required. Required Education: -Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school is required. Preferred Education: -Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy is preferred. Required Certifications & Licensure: -Current/valid state Physical Therapist licensure is required. -BLS - American Heart Association. Preferred Certifications & Licensure: -Advanced Care Life Support (ACLS) endorsed by the American Heart Association.
