Post-Acute Inpatient Rehab Facility
Texas PT Licensure and current BLS
Type of equipment – Vector, Sarah lift, hoyer lift, BITS, L300, lite gait, standing frame, ambulation devices, various wheelchair sizes, training stairs/curb, car transfer simulator, hi-low therapy mats
EMR – Meditech
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
· Bilingual
· Experience with CARE TOOL scoring in inpatient rehab setting
· Experience treating patients with neurological disorders
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
· Eval and treat all patients admitted to inpatient rehab facility
· Gait training
· Transfer training
· Family Training
· Attendance at Interdisciplinary Morning Huddle
· Attendance at Interdisciplinary Team Conference
