**Job Description:**
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services
- Schedule includes Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., varies as needed
- Complete orientation over 16 hours
- Ensure all hard documents are submitted by Thursday 2 p.m. CST prior to the start date (flexible on a case-by-case basis)
- Applicants must adhere to the travel compliance guidelines including local radius rules
- Return traveler status is not accepted
