Job Title: Physical Therapist

Job Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day - 5x8 - 9 AM - 5 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours per Week
Experience: 1-2 Years
License: Licensed in State

Job Description:
- Provide therapeutic services primarily in a Med/Surg facility with occasional duties in Acute Rehab.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for patients.
- Assess patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols and guidelines.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of rehabilitation tools and equipment.
- Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to float to different units as needed, primarily the Acute Rehab unit.
- Use EPIC electronic medical records system for documentation.
- Wear black scrubs as per dress code.

Preferred candidates include new graduates with relevant clinical experience.
