Job Details:
Pay: $ (to be updated)
Travel- Physical Therapist (PT)
Position Open: 1
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift Info: Tuesday-Saturday OR Monday-Friday with a weekend rotation. 8:30-4:30 with potential to work Holidays. Tuesday-Saturday preferred.
Guaranteed Hours: 45 hours per week
Facility Setting: Inpatient Rehab
Will position be required to float to other units? No
Number of beds in your facility: 11
EMR: Epic
Scrub colors / dress code: Caribbean Blue Scrubs or Khaki pants and a polo shirt
Parking Location: Free Employee Parking behind building
Requirements:
Active Unrestricted MI
Active BLS via American Heart Association
Preferred experience level: Experience in IPR preferred.
Years of Experience REQ: 1 YR
Must be able to provide at least 1 supervisory references
