**Job Description:**

- Provide therapy services across seven floors of a 450-bed hospital with an average census of around 360 patients.
- Work within a trauma level 3 hospital environment, servicing a variety of cases including orthopedic, neurological, oncology, post-operative back and neck, basic medical-surgical, and ICU (medical, cardiac, and surgical) patients.
- Manage a daily patient load of 10-12 individuals.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including Occupational Therapists (OT), Speech Therapists (ST), and Case Management.
- Work alongside a team of 8-10 Physical Therapists (PTs) and 6-8 Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) each day.
- Complete modules onsite during orientation, typically requiring 2-3 hours for Allied Professionals.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies, including travel restrictions and return protocols for former permanent staff.
