**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week with the possibility of working up to 40 hours

**Experience:** Preferred in outpatient settings; New graduates are welcome

**License:** Required current state licensure as a Physical Therapist

**Certifications:** CPR certification

**Must-Have:** Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and manage patient care effectively

**Job Description:**

- Provide exceptional physical therapy services to an orthopedic patient population.
- Manage a caseload, treating approximately 12-14 patients per day.
- Achieve a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
- Engage in double-booking follow-up visits as necessary.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with regulatory standards.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support patient rehabilitation and recovery goals.
- Flexibility to work variable shifts as needed by the clinic's operational hours.
