**Job Description:**

- Provide physical therapy services in a hospital-based outpatient setting.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Develop individual treatment plans based on the specific needs and goals of each patient.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the facility's EMR system, WebPT.
- Adhere to the facility's dress code: grey scrubs or business casual attire.
- May be required to float to other units if volume is low, including ARU or MS.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training.
