**Job Description:**
- Looking for a dedicated and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient orthopedic team.
- Provide high-quality care to a general orthopedic patient population.
- Maintain productivity expectations, which include managing 60 visits per week and seeing 12-14 patients per day.
- Handle double-booking of follow-up visits efficiently.
- Work schedule is flexible within guaranteed hours, with additional hours subject to director approval.
- This role does not require floating to other clinics.
