**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week with the expectation of working up to 40 hours

**Must-Have:** Strong interest in general orthopedic patient population

**Job Description:**

- Provide physical therapy services in an outpatient setting.
- Work with a general orthopedic patient population.
- Manage a caseload of 12-14 patients per day.
- Double-book follow-up visits as needed to meet productivity expectations.
- Maintain productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
- Collaborate effectively with the rehabilitation team.
- Follow clinic policies and procedures for quality patient care.
- Ensure all services are provided in accordance with company objectives and standards.
- Complete documentation and administrative tasks in a timely manner.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and ethical standards in practice.

Please note that overtime must be approved by the director before any additional hours are worked.
