**Shift:** 8 hours per day: Monday and Wednesday 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. No weekends or major holidays.

**Guaranteed Hours:** 40 hours per week

**Experience:** 1+ years of physical therapy in an outpatient setting

**License:** MA PT licensure

**Job Description:**
- Provide high-quality physical therapy services in an outpatient setting.
- Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients to improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities.
- Implement therapy protocols to address patients' specific impairments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient progress and comprehensive care.
- Educate patients and their families on continued care post-recovery.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment plans.
- Adhere to all professional, legal, and ethical standards within the practice of physical therapy.
