Job Title: Physical Therapist
Job Specialty: Outpatient Physical Therapy
Job Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (06:30 - 15:00); Day 4x10-Hour (10:30 - 19:00)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Experience: 1 year preferred
License: Valid State License required at the time of submission
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)
Must-Have: Flu vaccine required with no exemptions

Job Description:
- Provide physical therapy treatment in an outpatient setting for patients with various conditions.
- Work with patients who have acute care needs, are in outpatient clinics, rehabilitation hospitals, or skilled nursing facilities.
- Address conditions such as cervicalgia, low back pain, post-operative cervical surgery, shoulder repair, spinal surgery, and total hip and knee replacements.
- Manage cognitive disorders and support rehabilitation for those with multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, Parkinson's disease, post-stroke recovery, spinal cord injuries, and traumatic brain injuries.
- Utilize WebPT for documentation and patient management.
- Attend a mandatory orientation and complete assigned modules pre-start and during orientation.
- Follow business casual dress code with allowed sneakers; initial shift from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on the first day.
- Alternate shifts between 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM and 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM on subsequent days.
