- Evaluate, treat, and create plans of care and exercise prescriptions for patient caseloads.

- Provide accurate and timely documentation in EMR for all treatments provided.

- Conduct appropriate discharge management and patient follow-up.

- Supervise support staff including PTAs and aides.

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.

- Collaborate effectively with other staff members as part of a team.

- Exhibit an engaging, friendly, and professional demeanor with patients.
