Job Description:

- Responsible for evaluation, treatment, plan of care, and exercise prescription for patient caseload.
- Provide accurate and timely documentation in EMR for all treatments provided.
- Conduct appropriate discharge management and patient follow-up.
- Supervise support staff, including Physical Therapist Assistants and aides.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
- Work as a collaborative team member with other staff.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrate an engaging, friendly, and professional demeanor with patients.
