**Certifications:** 2 Step PPD or Quantiferon or Proof of Positive PPD and Chest X-Ray

**Must-Have:**
- Completion of prescreen form
- Attached resume and license verification
- Covid test 72 hours prior to start date, with results issued 48 hours prior

**Job Description:**

- Conduct physical therapy sessions for rehabilitation patients.
- Design individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
- Maintain comprehensive patient records and documentation.
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to therapy protocols.
- Provide patient education on exercises and therapeutic processes.
- Utilize therapeutic equipment and techniques effectively.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to patient care plans.
- Perform county, federal, and multi-state criminal background checks (7 years or more).
- Complete nationwide sex offender search (7 years or more).
- Undergo HHS/OIG and GSA searches.
- Verify Social Security Number trace.
- Conduct SAM search.
- Complete Washington State Background with Fingerprints (facility-run).
