**Guaranteed Hours:** 40 hours/week (facility may call off 6x throughout the assignment)

**Experience:** 1 Year Required

**License:** Current license in the state of Arizona or a Compact license with Arizona added

**Certifications:** BLS (American Heart Association) - Required

**Must-Have:** First-timers accepted

**Job Description:**

- Deliver outpatient physical therapy services at a diverse clinic offering PT, OT, and ST.
- Manage a daily patient load of 10-12 individuals with conditions including ortho, neuro, chronic pain, balance/vertigo, pulmonary issues, and general deconditioning.
- Adhere to quality and patient safety standards, including medication administration protocols.
- May be required to float to surrounding outpatient clinics.
- Work within a teaching facility with Level IV trauma capabilities.
- Business Casual attire required.
- Utilize Cerner for charting.
- Comprehensive orientation provided (12 hours).
- Candidates required to work 2 out of 3 major holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day Weekend, 4th Of July Weekend, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
