Job Details:
Pay: $ per week (to be updated)
Duration of assignment: 13 weeks

Facility Setting? Outpatient
Will position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? Yes
Number of beds in your facility? NA for OP setting
What is the work schedule for this position? Patients are scheduled Monday - Thursday 8:00 - 5:15 and Friday 8:00 - 12:30
EMR for your facility: Epic
• Scrub colors / dress code: professional/business casual (no jeans, no leggings, no sweat pants, no tank tops or crop tops, must wear closed toe shoes) OR scrubs of teal, Caribbean, wine, white, black, grey, or pink (solid color matching top and bottom)
Parking Location: on site at OP clinic
Requirements:
Active Unrestricted SC License
Active BLS certification through American Heart Association
Must have at least 1 year of experience; Minimum of 1 year in OP setting
Must be able to provide 1 supervisory references
