**Job Description:**

- Provide physical therapy services in various settings, including Outpatient, In-patient Med-Surg/Swing, and Long-Term Care.
- Respond and adapt quickly to emergency situations as needed.
- Work within a small team and collaborate effectively with medical staff.
- Ensure proper patient care and efficient workflow in the unit.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and legal regulations.
- Utilize CPSI/Evident EMR system efficiently.
- Cover holiday shifts as required.
- Receive complimentary housing within walking distance from the hospital.
- Note: No pets allowed in provided housing.

This position requires an immediate start due to rapid response needs.
