Physical Therapist with Outpatient, Med-Surg/Swing and LTC experience


Duration: 9 weeks


Shift Info: Day


Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week


Positions Open: 1



 

Requirements:



Active Unrestricted AK License 


Active BLS via American Heart Association


Current BCLS certification


2 or more years of previous experience in physical therapy preferred


Must be able to provide at least 1 supervisory references
