**Job Description:**
- Full-time position with 40 hours per week expected
- Provide high-quality rehabilitation therapy services
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures
- Position urgency is normal
- Bilingual not required
