Job Description:

- Provide physical therapy services to a diverse patient population including orthopedic, post-operative, vestibular, TMJ, and athletes.
- Achieve a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
- Manage a daily caseload of 12-14 patients with the ability to double-book follow-up visits.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability when floating to additional clinic locations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with clinic standards.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients and team members.
- Ensure quality and continuity of care through patient-centered treatment approaches.
